From Buzztrax
Right now buzztrax consist of too many single packages.
merge gstbml -> gst-buzztrax

gstbml/src will become gst-buzztrax/src/bml/ -
update configure -
update jhbuild -
update wiki : Building - update buildbot
merge bsl
- where to?
- buzztrax/lib/core/song-io/... - after all it has no further deps
